I survived 24 years of leadership consequences, and now I make sure executives feel them before their teams do. I am the only executive coach in the world who spent all these years experiencing failed leadership patterns globally, repeatedly, and used high perceptivity to turn pain into pattern recognition. Those years weren’t wasted suffering under bad leadership; I used them as my unique 'master class in emotional intelligence from the receiving end.' I don’t teach leaders what to DO differently. I make them FEEL what their people feel when they do it. Others teach you how to lead. I teach you how NOT to destroy. Others help you build your vision. I help you see your blind spots. Others optimize your strengths. I eliminate your consequences.
I am not a traditional executive coach. I am a consequence prevention specialist. I spent all those years in global corporate roles, across 4 languages and diverse cultures, living the full spectrum of leadership, from toxic to transformational. My high perceptivity turned that into a database of leadership failure patterns. Now I coach executives using brutal honesty wrapped in surgical storytelling. I make you feel what your teams feel before they quit, disengage, or silently sabotage your vision. I don’t make you a better leader.
